First you'll fill out a comprehensive questionnaire about your goals, training, nutrition, and lifestyle. At the end, you'll book your coaching call.
On the call, We'll discuss your answers to make sure I have a clear understanding of your goals, struggles, and needs.
We'll break your goals down into clear, achievable targets, and determine a realistic timeframe to reach them once proper training and nutrition are implemented.
Next, I'll also outline the most effective training and nutrition strategies to reach your goals. These will be recommendations based on your personal goals, struggles, and experience.
You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions about fitness, your goals, and what we've discussed. If you are interested in continued coaching to help you implement these changes, we can discuss that as well.
