Here's what to expect when you start with Phase Coaching
My name is Jason Dupree. I've been a fitness and nutrition coach since 2014, and I'm currently based in Cedar Park, TX (just north of Austin, TX) working as a performance specialist. I'm an expert at programming for a wide range of clients and goals, including strength, muscle building, fat loss, mobility, athletic performance, and more.
I love working with athletes in specialized and high-skill disciplines such as calisthenics, figure skating, dance, gymnastics, cheer, martial arts, fencing, and swimming. I also love working with anyone who is driven to achieve their potential, whether you are a skinny guy trying to build muscle, a mom wanting learn your first handstand, or an older adult trying to build strength for the future.
