The training program is exactly what I was looking for when I decided that I was tired of being skinny and needed to get in the gym. The online customized programming, along with in person training sessions with Jason, have increased my knowledge and skill in the gym.

When we first started, Jason assessed my goals and customized a training program tailored to my needs. Diet, routines, tracking, scheduling, and reporting are all done through the online platform, and the phone app makes it easy to review and track gym sessions.

The results so far have been excellent. I've gained strength, muscle mass, and tons of knowledge around fitness and diet. I highly recommend Jason and the training program if you're ready to ditch the skinny body and fill out your t-shirts with some muscle.

My Story

What's with the name "Phase"?

A training phase is a period of weeks focused on a goal. It's part of a concept called Periodization, which is how you structure your training over the long term.

The name Phase Coaching came from the importance of having a long term plan in your training.

As a trainer since 2014, I originally specialized in bodyweight strength training. As time went on, I learned more about different training modalities, including bodybuilding, weightlifting, and powerlifting.

As a trainer, I've always been told to niche down, which I did with Strong by Bodyweight. However, I felt limited by that niche, so Phase Coaching was born.

Now, with Phase Coaching, you can get in the best shape of your life, using the best tools for the job!
