About
Coaching since 2014, based in Cedar Park, TX, working as a performance specialist with athletes across strength, power, mobility, and sport.
I specialize in the high-skill, hard-to-program disciplines most coaches avoid, and in making complicated training simple. Whether you're chasing a podium or your first real strength base, the standard is the same: build it right, build it to last.

No. Programs adapt to whatever you have, though there are some minimum recommendations depending on your goal.
Life happens and handling it is part of a good program. I adjust around busy stretches so you still get the best result possible.
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, 30-day notice preferred, with access through the current billing cycle. No refunds on subscriptions or programs. For monthly session packages, sessions cancelled with 24-hour notice can be rescheduled within the same month. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.
